Every comment below was left by someone who paid for a record and received it. I can't write these, edit them or take them down — they live on eBay, attached to an order, and the full list is one click away including the ones that didn't go well.
The account itself goes back to 2005 — that was a household being cleared out, not a record store. The records start in 2023, and the feedback below runs from there to last week.
36 of the 1,649 comments, chosen because they say something checkable — how it was graded, how it was packed, how it played. 19 of them name the record.

Excellent condition (better than described), timely shipping and carefully packaged. Very satisfied
5 negative and 9 neutral, out of 1,649. I'm not going to pretend those don't exist, because the whole argument of this business is that I tell you what a record actually is rather than what you'd like it to be, and that argument dies the moment I start curating my own record.
Most of them come down to the same thing: a buyer thought a record was graded better than it played. That is the hardest part of this job and the part I care most about getting right. The grading guide is my attempt to make the standard explicit enough that you can hold me to it — including the grades I won't use and why.
If a record I sold you isn't what I said it was, write to me. [email protected]. I would rather refund you than be right.
Everything for sale is in the eBay store, graded the same way every time. If you're on the other side of it and have a collection to move, that's here.
